We are exploring the old city and Durbar Square today. There is an adventure around every corner, a symphony for the eyes and the ears from the colorful scarves and clothing to the aroma of spices used in cooking to the vendor who sell spices, one does not know what to look at next. The archeture detail in the old city is very interesting and many years old. One could literately spend hours waking around . We walked for about 6 hours and only saw a fraction of what there is to see.

Thanks for sharing the pictures - it is a beautiful city! Looks like you are having a wonderful trip and I can't wait to hear all the stories that you aren't posting to your blog! :) I'm off to Ghana on Thursday and will start adding to my blog again - with a bit more regularity! See you later this summer.
