April 21,2012 Jakar (Bumthang Valley sightseeing)

A day filled with cultural site seeing have gone to three ancient temples and one monastery and a Dzong, which is both a temple and a administrative building, there is one in each district of Bhutan. Today again I was quite lucky that a ceremony was being held because of an auspicious day at the first temple that I visited and saw part of the ceremony that the monks perform. No photos are allowed inside the temple. My guide has explained most of the painting and the stories behind each of the temples , hopefully I can retain at least part of the information, a lot to remember. Tonight I will samples some buck wheat pan cakes and noodles.
