January 6,2012.
Will be glad when the trip finally starts. The logistics of planning a trip to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan can be daunting.
Multiple emails and a few hours of checking to see that the tour company was recommended by others. Checking with
Trip Advisor and Lonley Planet to see if anyone else had used this tour and what they had to say and finally deciding on a tour company. Then have to set a date and arrange flights, hotel accommodation for the day before and after the tour and make sure that you have time to fly to the next location for the next tour.
The Internet has made the ability to arrange a trip easy, but on the other hand it give you a lot of different
options. One must be diligent in the search for information. I tend to be overly cautious to the point that I tend to
ask maybe too many questions but would rather do this and hopefully know exactly what the tour include and not be surprised when I finally get there.
So the trips are booked, flights arranged and all I need to do now is get there.
Next decision what to pack, just one small suitcase and my backpack.
